2000 saturn sl1 that looses power when it gets to 2500 rpms. We hooked a computer up to it and it gives p1599 and p0702. We have changed the spark plugs, wires, coil, & checked fuel pressure. Any idea

Maybe could be a throttle position sensor but it sounds like it's what Kelly said could be a catalytic converter I haven't researched those codes but go online and take your computer codes and go online and research those codes that can lead you in the right direction too.
