After driving the car for awhile the cars idle is high when you come to a stop at a stop sign or light but it doesn't happen all the time just sometimes. What is the problem and what can i do to fix it?

Hi HwnBoi, Again, I would check/replace the throttle position sensor and have your computer scanned for trouble codes. Check for black smoke from the exhaust that would indicate a lean fuel mixture. Good luck!

sounds like a vacuum leak caused by heat making a split hose expand when at temperature. Try warming it up and then inspecting for split hoses/using the gas method locate leaks.
