2002 saturn sc2 1.9 stays revved to 3500
rpm, changed tpi sensor and iac sensor still
high revs at 3500, any other things that
would contribute to this problem, thanks in
advance

Did u you replace the throttle position sensor? That's usually what causes that problem plus a dirty throttle body so you might want to seafoam your throttle body assembly just put some in the tank and spray some in on the intake and then replace your throttle position sensor if it doesn't when u do the cleaning.
