Getting Bad Disk message trying to play CD in my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Track

I have the 6 disk CD player in my 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac, when I put in a CD is goes in and reads it can comes back out staying bad disk. The CD is new, no scratches. Is there anything I can do?

Maybe a electronics repair service could clean dirt out of the optical pickup. If other disks work the disk may be bad.
