2007 focus No power ,jump is not answer

My boyfriend accidentally let the hood come down
and touch the positive battery terminal and now
my car has zero power I've changed the battery
nothing I've jumped it nothing I've even change the
relay fuse still nothing please somebody help me

Your question is difficult to answer because it requires electrical system diagnosis. There are multiple possibilities causing the 'no power' situation. If the battery cable (wiring) shorted out, it could have caused a spark that then burned or charred the connection to the car. This means you may need to replace your battery cable(s) or at least check and clean the connections on both ends of both cables. Your alternator may have also been fried, so that needs to be checked as well. I think you've done what you can (good job) but it may be time to have it checked by a mechanic who specializes in electrical troubleshooting.

Check for blown engine fuse in the fuse box under the hood.
