my 2007 trailblazer is having problems with the rear windshield wiper. the fluid works when i hit the center button but the other "1, 2, and 3" settings dont work. how do i find out if its the switch or the motor itself that needs to be replaced? also should be able to read 12v on the connecter to the motor?

It could just be you rear window switch making it disengage. If the sensor thinks the hatch is open then the wiper won't turn on. Try locking and unlocking the doors while truck is running and not running.
