Have you checked fuses?? Look in manual or on line for make and model. Sounds like could be the best place to start, especially not knowing if there has been any damage due to accident or water. Good luck
so yes i have checked fuses and they all look brand new still. there has been no accidents. But it was lightly raining yesterday when this happened. Thank you for taking the time to try and help.

Have you had any rain lately, like just before this happened? Do you happen to have an amp that is located under the dash or under one of the seats? I mention this because I have a 98 Chrysler sebring convertible that I just purchased from one I know. A couple of week ago we had terrible rains for a few days.. the drain plugs 8 on each side must be clogged and the passenger front side hD 2 inches of water in it. The minute I drove UP the hill the angle was just right that the water was able to flow under the from passenger side to an area where hmmm the mfg has place an amp. Although I did not notice the amp I did get the water out fast and 2 days later I am dealing with some issue. No blown fuses but electrical items not working. I need to get the amp out tonight and unclog the drain plugs .. not sure how to correct the other issues yet

Edmonds.com has a forum which talks about water coming in thru dash and ac drain hoses front and back. Google your vehicle yr/make/model and state possible water leak. You will find the forum. Hope this helps
