2007 dodge Dakota v6 acts like it is choked down

I have a dodge Dakota  v6  it has been at the dodge dealer
for 2 months it will start up good am sounds good but
when u put it in gear it acts like it is choking down I have
put a new computer  new coil packa new fuel injectors an
all new sensors an not a thing will help it I hope some one
out there can help an it is not throwing any codes

I can get the rpm up to 3500 that is it but when I put it in gear it gets a little miss in it an cant get no speed out of it they told me that it has a ground somewhere an they cant fine it but looks like if it had a ground it would blow a fuse or throw some kind of code but it is not an all fuse is good
