Why my dodge 2500 2007 can be mixing water with oil

I have a dodge ram 2500 2007 5.9 Cummins and
its mixing water with transmission oil why can that
be happening?

Does it have a tranny cooler thru the radiator ? Put a external tranny cooler on . Now the bad news the clutches in a automatic tranny don't like water or anti-freeze
