07 Dodge Charger v6 won't start

So this is my friends deal .he has a 07 v6 charger .his
brother changed the fuel pumps.after that he started his
car up he said it was shaking real bad and would die soon
after . Now he is stating it will try to turn over but will not
start . Air in the lines ? Fuel filter ? Injector ?

Fuel pump is still coming on . Fuse isn't blown . The gas is fresh . Said he has 1/4 tank . He didn't change the fuel filter out . Maybe bad injectors or clogged fuel filter ?
