i HAVE A 2007 DODGE CHARGER AND THE ALTERNATOR GOOD AND THE BATTERY IS GOOD BUT THE CAR IS NOT CHAGRING

How did You test the alternator? The voltage regulator is in the alternator, so it almost has to be bad if no charge. Hook a millimeter up to the battery with engine running. On volts dc you should have 14+ volts. If not the alternator is bad. Also, the proper test for a battery is a load test. The battery must be fully charged and a load tester is hooked up for about 10 seconds. If the meter reads down around 9 volts or so the battery is bad.

Hi your voltage regulator is not in the alternator on your car the voltage regulator is internal in the PCM Power control module.here is the inspection procedure for your charging system The Powertrain Control Module (PCM) monitors critical input and output circuits of the charging system, making sure they are operational. A Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) is assigned to each input and output circuit monitored by the On-Board Diagnostic (OBD) system. Some charging system circuits are checked continuously, and some are checked only under certain conditions. Refer to Diagnostic Trouble Codes in; Powertrain Diagnostic manual for more DTC information. This will include a complete list of DTC's including DTC's for the charging system. To perform a complete test of the charging system, refer to the appropriate Powertrain Diagnostic Procedures service manual and the scan tool. Perform the following inspections before attaching the scan tool. 1. Inspect the battery condition. Refer to the Battery section (Refer to 08 - Electrical/8F - Engine Systems/Battery System - Diagnosis and Testing) for procedures. 2. Inspect condition of battery cable terminals, battery posts, connections at engine block, starter solenoid and relay. They should be clean and tight. Repair as required. 3. Inspect all fuses in both the fuseblock and Power Distribution Center (PDC) or IPM (if equipped) for tightness in receptacles. They should be properly installed and tight. Repair or replace as required. 4. Inspect generator mounting bolts for tightness. Replace or tighten bolts if required. Refer to the Generator Removal/Installation section of this group for torque specifications (Refer to 08 - Electrical/8F - Engine Systems/Charging - Specifications) . 5. Inspect generator drive belt condition and tension.

I have a 2007 dodge charger. Replaced the Alt and the battery. Battery went dead and just replaced the new battery with another new. So would the voltage regulator in the PCM be at fault for low battery voltage code and dead battery?

Hi, i have 07 charger 3.5 P0563 high voltage problem i got about ten different code and transmission is not shifting properly sometimes and does not want to start sometimes either anyone had to deal with this problem any help I'll be so appreciated thanks.
