My upper hoes gets swollen

First and foremost – a swollen hose is a danger. It could “blow” at any time and should be replaced by a professional immediately! There are three primary causes for a hose to become swollen: 1) Too much pressure. If you’ve recently replaced your radiator cap, there’s a chance that it is creating too much pressure in the system (this is sometimes seen with generic caps). 2) Hoses are subject to wear from the inside out. If the interior of the hose has been worn away, it may look fine to a casual observer, but the rubber may have become very thin. Sometimes this creates bubbles or blisters, but if the wear is significant, a large portion of the hose can swell. 3) Hoses can become swollen when exposed to very high heats. If your engine has overheated (due to a stuck thermostat, low coolant or for some other reason), it’s possible for superheated coolant to swell the hose.

New Hose now. Make sure you go threw the bleed procedure for getting out all air out of the cooling system. Did you install the thermostat pointing the correct direction? Is it running hot? Is you radiator dirty and need replaced or flushed at a radiator shop? Any hose that swells beyond its normal size is bad, it can burst and burn you with hot coolant. The hoses can stand alot of pressure so something is bad somewhere and or just a bad hose, I am sure the hose replacement has had to of crossed your mind, correct? Are you using only water in the cooling system? Should be using 50/50 mix. Do the air bleed after installing new hose.

Do a exhaust in coolant test to confirm if it had bad head gasket, which means if it does the compression from the cylinders may be entering the cooling system over pressurizing it.
