I mean, what was wrong with the car before you bought a new battery? And did you make sure you had a constant power supply to the ECM when you swapped the battery out?
I just replaced my battery in my 08 and had no issues. I did leave my key in the ignition, but that's all I did. I did not have to reset anything nor did I have any power going to the car to keep ECM or anything powered. I pulled the fender apart, then took cables off and cleaned then pulled battery out and replaced it. I assembled the fender back and started the car right up. It did take a little time before the tire pressure sensors showed back up, but I was told that was normal.

I have an 08 gxp that when the battery got replaced the brain started to glitch. No alarm system... No tire sensors.. No lighter.. Sensor lights flaky... Any short cuts to reboot? Someone mentioned touch cables together. I don't know.
I replaced my battery and car will not start.
Make sure the battery connections are clean and tight.
