Need advice on 2006 Subaru Forrester

Just brought 2006 Subaru 10 days ago changed oil
got everything up to date. Love the car cleaner as a
pen . After changing oil and using Lisa's and sea
foam because of miles 167,000 everyday I start it
up it sounds like a rod knocking but within 15
minutes or less it purrs like a kitten till the next day
No other known problems other than having a seat
belt from cargo area stuck in a holder in back seat.
Every mechanic I have talked to has a million
different idea. I really need help. I paid $2000 for car
as I was misquoted the true price of $3995. . I am a
72 year old widow and trust me they see me
coming. I have put 400 miles on it in 10 days up
mountains and down interstate and around town.
Please can someone help me?
Really don't know about trim it is 6 cylinder
automatic AWD.  HELP

Ask around and find an honest mechanic. Have them listen to the engine to see if it is really a rod knock.

See if it needs higher grade fuel or Lubegard Bio/Tech Engine Oil Protectant with LXE® Technology in oil it helps with start up lifter noise ect. may help out.

If the noise stops after a while I doubt it is a rod bearing but something is causing the noise so don't ignore it and have it diagnosed.
