Is that like the drive shaft from the back of the trans to the rear diff? I don't know much about them. I was trying to find it on RockAuto but can't seem to find it / not available. If you can find a parts site that has interchange years/models then you might have luck. You might also have luck with the forester because they should have the same .. chassis? You might have to ask on the impreza forums / nasioc and hope some real gurus can help you out. Best regards,

Yhup the driveshaft connected the trans to the diff, i was hesitant to buy the driveshaft from 2004 scrap, because when i check on the dealers it has different part no.

Gotcha. Yeah it could be a mm or cm difference in length or a different design. Do you have a link for that dealer page?

Nice. Thank you. Okay, so right off the bat they have the three different part #'s. FE130, FE140, FE150. If you click on each one and scroll down, there are like 8 - 14 variants for 06-07 that these three will fit. Going into the 04, you're right that it has the same 27111 but it doesn't offer that part on there. I found this ebay (item # 121601013397 ) and it is 02-05 (I like ebay because most people try to be as accurate as possible) and then there are 2 06-07's at 200-215. Try to see if you can find a part # on your 04 unit and on your 07 unit. You can also try car-part.com to find a local-ish junkyard that might have a good one for you. Also, I think you need to use the link(s) you posted for me to figure out exactly which of the three you need. It might be engine size + N/A-vs-turbo + 5/6MT-vs-Auto etc. Hope that helps and maybe you can sell the one you got for the 04 on ebay.
