Stalling when at operating temp

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have crate engine, new fuel pump and
assembly,fuel fiter, rebuilt tbi and bored and shaved
tbi base, new injectors,fuel
regulator,plugs,wires,cap,rotor,tps,maps
sensor,egr,iac,both temp sensors,transmission was
completely overhauled with all high performance
internals.. i have replaced just about everything that
can be repaced and still have a stalling issues when
truck is hot and if im at a redlight and sometimes a
stop sign.. anyone have a idea where to look now.. i
cant think of anything else to check or replace.

I saw what you replaced, didn't see much testing? If problem at idle, I'd check and clean anything that has to do with idle air system. Can you check if system is running rich or lean when problem is ongoing? If your fully obd1 compliant, any applicable trouble codes? If problem with wiring circuit, then replacing a sensor may not fix it? I'd probably use a scanner that shows live engine data to see if anything unusual?

We have checked every electrical connection, all vacuum lines and even did vacuum test and all were good.. we are starting to lean towards the temp sensor in intake and it just being defective.. Everything has been checked with no luck
