Is there any difference in front cv axles for 2007 Outaback 2.5 ltd. & 2.5 ltd. GT

Need to replace the front cv axles on my 2007 Subaru Outback 2.5 Ltd GT & the Dealer
says that Subaru rebuilt front axles ($200) are not applicable for the GT. Dealer says only
new Subaru axles (at $400 each) are available. Is there any difference between the front
axles of the GT and the non turbo 2.5. Dealer parts dept. doesn't know why.

I would expect a slight difference due to the GT's increased power and performance, try a local shop and see what they have to say.
