1994 camaro v6 fuel pump not working.

I checked voltage to relay while key on 12.6v on term 30 from
plug to relay.I jumper across 30 to 87 on plug,( direct to fuel
pump)and ign pcm fuse blows everytime.Does this mean pump is
bad? Also there is no fuse labled fuel pump only.Just pcm ign.

ok Thanks for replying.I suspected so.I also oticed the person before me put a non vats ignition switch in columm.I found the orange cable with two white wires cut under dash by columm.The eng turns over and all dash turns on.there is no security flashing.when key is in run postition there is power on the #30 term of relay.but only .8 on #86 term from pcm.any Ideas.?
