Dual mode control door either broken or the servo motor has failed on the driver's side. A good shop can run the diagnostics, fix it and then reset the system so it functions correctly. This is something that you need a professional to do as it may involve removing the entire dash assembly to gain access to those doors and servos. Then the entire HVAC system will need to be reset and you need a dealer quality scanner to do the reset.
