My 2002 also has an issue with the headlights. They only EVER have either only high beams or only low beams. I have the lights on AUTO but whatever works when the Blazer is started switches from only high to only low depending on which comes on when the vehicle starts. Pain in the neck when you can not switch to dim lights for oncoming drivers... :(
