My 2007 Buick Lucerne quit moving at all when I stopped at red light. Can move the shifter, but car just revs once in gear

Have you checked transmission fluid? Has trans been serviced every 30K miles? Internal filter been changed at 90K? No flush at this point. Only drop and refills on fluid due to mileage on transmission. This is important.
