Turns over but no starting

Question type: Maintenance & Repair
I have bought new battery, new ignition coil, new battery terminals, new
alternator. I am waiting on new plugs and wires to be delivered. I could not
find where the obd plug was. I wanted to rebuild this van but not like this all
at once. I had it going great. Thought needed alternator and so installed
that. After put it in started right up and we turned off after driving and now
will not turnover and start just acts like it is starting but no kick. H E L P????

The ODB ports were made standard in 1996 so you very well may not have one on your 1995. I would take a look at the crank sensor. They are relatively inexpensive and fairly easy to replace. Could be it was damaged or its connector knocked loose during the other repair work.
Thank you I have one and just trying to learn how to change it, I bought the Chilton manual and it is nowhere in it. I am searching for information. Thanks so much, I am excited and hope this is it. with the new battery, new ignition coil new fuel pump, new plugs and wires, new alternator, new crankshaft sensor. I hope is the last repair for it to run. Thank you
Wow....whoa horsie.... thats a lot of stuff to replace before you know what the problem is. You said "...just acts like it is starting but no kick..." Hmmm, need to understand what you are saying here. Do you mean that you can hear the engine cranking over but it will not actually run when you release the key?
This is happening to me right now. I have a 2007 Town and country. We knocked on the starter while starting it and I checked for spark (Def has spark ) in the spark plugs. Where is the crankshaft located? I am going to try that!
