Probably a leak or a broken spring.
the E-class was unanimous for air-bags busting...unfortunately 07 is fairly still new (not knowing miles)....means it should be diagnosed professionally, there are still many sensors that can malfunction, any light indicators on, in the dash or monitors?

Thanks 48K and no indicator lights. When it is parked it really leans a lot but when driven it levels back closer to normal.
Most common problem is leaking right rear air spring. However, I've seen leaks at that the solenoids block. It's located behind the right headlight assemble. There's a solenoid for each air spring in the rear. Spray soapy water on it with the engine running.
all of which should be throwing the ride height sensor.....

Thanks to all for your time. Taking it to the shop tommorrow.
All that talk, basically I have the same issue, had one side fixed, best thing try replacing fuse first, $15.00, then the air bag, $300.00, then the compressor, $500.00, that's the long and short :)

Yes. I just had to replace the airbag shocks on my 2006 R350. (Same problem - back end extremely low. I was told that this is a common issue with these cars). I was initially quoted $ 1,800.00 but was then told I could order the parts and pay myself and he would charge me labor only. I found the shocks on 1aauto.com for $ 320.00 for the pair and he charged me $ 200.00 to put them in. What a deal. $ 520.00 compared to $ 1,800.00. BUT... remember that these cars have those air shocks and then I beleive regular shocks so you need to be sure which ones you need before you order. These should be replaced in pairs. This company sells them in pairs only. Hope this helps (:
