I have a 2007 Dodge Magnum 3.5L v6 engine

Asked by Travis931321 May 03, 2017 at 04:10 PM about the 2007 Dodge Magnum SXT RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It is past its oil change mark, just needed to wait for payday.
My car stalled on me and then when i started it again, it started making a
clinking sound from the bottom of the motor were the oil pan is. It sounded
like a Diesel. and after i put oil in the diesel sound went away almost all
gone, but clinking is still there. Is there anything i can fix besides a whole
new motor?

Once the damage has ben done due to no oil in the engine, not much you can do but to replace the lower end bearings.
