What can I do to repair my vehicle ?

When I put my car on Drive it does a little Jump
before I can accelerate the gas . What could it be ?

If this is more than the little bump all cars have when you put them in gear I would suspect the CVT.

Most likely a motor mount or transmission mount is broken or very worn out.
