My car suddenly stopped

Asked by Moon66River Apr 25, 2016 at 08:27 AM about the 2007 Nissan Murano S

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Driving and my car suddenly stopped.  It will start again but as soon as I try to
put it in gear it stalls.  Does it every time.  Tow truck guy messed with a couple
of plugs under the hood and got it to start so he could turn it around but didn't
sound the same.

they could be several thing going on casing the car to not run, such as a bad fuel pump, defective throttle body...bad injectors. need to get the car scanned for possible causes...

Check your mass air sensor 1st...go unplug it and drive it if it stays running get a new soon!..you can still drive it but can make your check engine stay on..2nd..id change all the plugs in it cause at a stop sign it's prolly struggling for fire and dies..3rd..im not 100% sure if its got a coil pack but I think it does and if so have it checked or better yet just replace it cause its the main firing for Your engine, if that gets too hot it will shut off the engine ...it has too be 1 of these 3 solutions....hope I helped you...
