Truck Stopped

Driving and truck stopped. Won't
restart, just making a clicking
noise.

The simple answer is that the battery is dead, or have dead cells. The clicking sound is a dead give-a-way. Replace it.

My Nissan Murano 2005 suddenly turn off while am driving. I thought was Battery I changed it but the problem still there any possible problems and solutions for it please.
