Sentra 2007 will not open the swicht and the stering wheel neither

After tried to turn it on with the intelligent key, I tried manually with the key but it did not
allow to put in on position and move the steering wheel to the sides. What is wrong?

Can you get something on? Radio, lights, wiper?

You'll have to bring to dealer. If the wheel is unlocked the steering lock may have failed.
