is there a second a/c fuse under the hood, pump is not working

my a/c is blowing warm air, and I have recharged the system, I do not hear the clucth
engaging at all

The owners manual is no help, but I did find these -- will go full screen

What refrigerant gas did you re-charge it with. Did you do it yourself? The specs in owners manual sat Freon R12 There are products labeled "Freon" that are NOT really. . Freon is a Trademark for DuPontâ„¢ R12 and if you did this yourself and put 134 or 134a in,,,oh, hope not. Your car is old enough to require R12, but it can not be bought at a auto-parts store. It is not available to the public. But they keep labeling it Freon, .....kind of like Band-Aid. Nobody says "I want a small bandage with adhesive strips for my little cut" You say Band-Aid. Just am analogy. So, what EXACTLY did you use? it's on the can
