Yep you can use 225's, stock is 235 so they are just a bit not as wide but should be fine the 225 is 8.86" wide the 235 is 9.25" not all that much diff, less than 1/2 inch
235/70/16 work with minor fender alteration, i just added 2 inch leveling kit what size can i put now
