I found a 2007 porsche 911 cabriolet with manual trans. It has 67000 miles and good maintenance. What are your thoughts?

Sounds like a decent deal. Get the car to a Porsche dealer and pay for a PPI ( pre purchase inspection ) and go from there.
If the car is in good conditions with maintenance records, the price seems about rights but I would pay for a Porsche pre-purchase inspection to make sure. A couple hundred dollars go a long way for peace of mind.
Sometimes the fluids tell the story. Have the oil filter pulled, check for particles. What do the records show for 60K service? Has the clutch been changed? Water expansion tank? 100K miles on a 911 are break miles. The Kelly BB is in a world of averages, comparing the 911 and will disagree with what I just said. However,. I just sold my 40th Anniversary 911 w/96 miles for 35K.
