Question type: General
Romney auto sales in Lewisville, Tx is being used
illegally by someone other than the owner to
advertise exotic cars. I went to Romney auto sales
today to look at a 911 turbo. They do not sell cars.
Romney auto sales is a pest control company.

They do hold a valid Texas dealer liscence, but there are no google reviews. May you should leave an honest google review, to possibly help someone else from making the same mistake.
LOL! Yes! I just emailed the scam artist asking for a picture of title, license, service records. The easiest way to protect yourself, wire funds to an Escrow Account. Have them HOLD the funds until you take delivery of the car. And perform final inspection of the car. ALWAYS remain in control of your funds.

I fell into this scam that's being perpetuated by some fairly simple minded criminals. Gregory Romney is a well respected and highly regarded business in Lewisville, TX. Just not in auto sales. So these criminals grab that companies reputation, throw up a domain name, capture photos from auction sites and forge Texas Vehicle titles. I was 60 minutes from a wire transfer and my private bank interceded and has both local and federal law enforcement engaged. If you call Romney Auto Sales and Gregory has a thick Afghanistan accent you have a fraud. here is the fraud's phone number: 972-994-6658 (likely offshore and disposable). The fraud's e-mail: sales@romneyautosales.com. Bad guys suck!
just got a call from this number 972-994-6658 googled it said Romney auto sales, called number back very heavily accented person answered the phone had a lot of noise in the background and he said it was the Social Security administration hung up when I said "isn't this Romney auto sales?" BIG TIME SCAM
