After driving in the rain or snow, i have an ungodly amount of steam coming thru the grill. My temp gauge is fine, and the smell is just "hot", No sweet smell, no fog on my windshild. no leaks seen.

If car doesn't overheat and u only smell it when u run through poddles, it's normal since water splashes on to exhaust system which is hot.

Yea i have a 2007 pontiac g6 and in the rain or snow it smokes soooo much from under the hood but like tou said no temp rise and it just smells like a normal hot car..i typed it into google and saw this thread and was happy to see im not alone pol mabye all these year g6s have something that gets wet and does it idk bit i was very concerned first time i saw it..still kind of am but just hopeing somthing is gettn wet

Happens when I wash the car sometimes. Thought something was wrong with my car. Seem like the smoke came from the grill area, maybe it could be water against the radiator.
