It’s hard to say with out putting a scanner on the car and manipulating the throttle. Goto an auto parts store and see if there are any codes. You might get lucky
Yes I did scan it for codes and the only code it would give me was (p0107)
And i know the code means the MAP circuit sensor is not getting enough voltage but what could cause it not to get the power it needs? Anything would help at this point
It sounds like a vacuum issue or carbon build up in intake manifold. MAP sensor voltage changes with vacuum.
Thank you im no mechanic. you've been a lot of help is there anyway to clean the intake manifold I thought it was a bad MAP sensor so i went and bought some MAP sensor cleaner it also come with a can of throttle body cleaner. But I did clean the MAP sensor but the car is still telling me the same thing. Im going to check out the vacuum or at least do some research

change the sensor or check the wiring. If the vacuum measured that low you would probably have really bad drive ability issues.
Well the drive ability of the car is bad as soon as the engine turns on the fans kick on and you can have the gas pedal to the floor and it will take forever just to get to 40 mph. Haven't drove it recently. But if the vacuum was leaking or bad how could I test it I'm not even sure of what or where the vacuum is
Also the MAP sensor itself is loose I can turn it left and right and pull it out a little could that be the problem?
Buy some brake cleaner and with the engine at idle, spray around the intake manifold, air intake hose, throttle body,ect..If you have a leak the engine will respond with a rough idle and if bad enough the engine will die.
