cant get the interior lights to come on when entering the car

the interior lights used to come on when the door opened now nothing comes on do not
know how to fix please help

Not sure about your model but on some model cars the dimmer switch can keep them from coming on. On these models if dimmer switch is turned to its lowest position the interior lights will not come on when opening the doors. I would try adjusting the dimmer switch up some.
