07 Pontiac G6 GT

New battery new alternator car still shuts
down after battery drains. It reads a code of
P0650. When it's dying the ABS light and
battery light comes on. It also shuts down
when I take the jumper cable off.

It is shutting down (even after you jump it) because the battery is shot. You say you have a new alternator and battery but something is preventing the alternator from providing power to the battery. Double check the electrical connections and make sure they are clean and tight, inspect the wiring to insure you have the correct polarity connections, and check that your belt that turns the alternator is tight and the alternator is spinning when the belt moves. The car shuts down after a jump because the battery has been drained to the point it either can't recover or you are not leaving the jumpers on long enough to have it accept a charge.
