Will a  2002 Bonneville 3800 supercharge sse bolt in a
2007 Grand Prix Base model 3800 I have both cars so
parts won't be a issue and if so what will I have to change
with the motor

It should more or less bolt in. You will need the complete fuel system from the other car, which includes the 2 stage fuel pump and the ECM, wiring harness etc. to make everything work. You'll need to figure out a way to retain the boost gauge for the dash readout. Keep engine and transmission from the other car together as the supercharged one is a heavy duty version required to take the extra horsepower of the supercharged engine. Check part numbers to be sure, but the front axle shafts may be specific to the supercharged car as well.
