Is there any aftermarket transmission that will hold 600 hp?

I'm asking this for future reference and I'm saving up money to do a complete
build on a 3800 v6 Supercharge engine that i'll buy as a crate engine. Right
now my car is completely stock and I'm kinda new too modifying as well. So
any help or website i could possible look up to help me understand what I need
to do will help me greatly.

you can beef up what you have.Heavy-duty recalibration kit for starters.is it a 4T65-E
