Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have an 07 grand prix and it started over heating when
heated was turned on. Looks like it's flying over every over
everything under hood. Near the belt area i see lots of out
of something  water there's like an elbow rubber thing
plugged in. I'm pouring water in radiator and it's all coming
out .

I'd say the plastic elbows that take coolant to the heater core have failed. The parts are inexpensive, and the labor isn't crazy either so its a relatively quick and easy fix at a shop or on your driveway. Make sure there's no air trapped in the cooling system when you refill it.

REMEMBER NOT TO OPEN THE COOLING SYSTEM WHEN THE ENGINE IS HOT! LET IT COOL AND DEPRESURIZE BEFORE OPENING OR IT WILL GET YOU WITH A BUNCH OF HOT WATER AND STEAM.
