Have someone turn the A/C on and off while you watch compressor clutch. It should stop and start . Change the fan speed to make sure it's working . If that works and know air comes out of vent the connector on the hvac selector has came loose or selector is bad . Check all fuses.

Does the fan work when you have it set for heat? If you hear the same 'click', but no air blowing, that's the fan relay kicking in. You might just need a fan fuse.
