Should be a 3.8 series 2 under the hood or 2.4 eco tech twin cam. 5.3 is LS platform and almost exclusively in c1500 pick up suburban and yukon. On the air cleaner, or underhood plastic a white sticker marked w engine size. Will read the emission certification preamble and will say engine family and 3.8. Will be in that number sequence. To answer you question 00- 07. And V6 gm 2000-20007. 3100- 3800 montana ,Monte Carlo, corsica, olds alero , Buick park ave, century, are all 3.1 and 3.8 V6 the 4 cyl ps pump is specific to 4 cyl models

BUICK ALLURE 2008 to 2009 BUICK LACROSSE 2008 to 2009 CHEVROLET IMPALA 2006 to 2009 CHEVROLET MONTE CARLO 2006 to 2007 PONTIAC GRAND PRIX 2005 to 2008, ACDelco 88964567, around $150 new. Of course the models listed above will need to have the 5.3L engine.
