Certain conditions must be met for the radiator fan to be triggered on. It is not typical of the fan runs from start to stop. The fan typically runs when the AC is on, or when the engine coolant temperature has reached whatever parameters the PCM uses to trigger the Relay, which is only usually during idle we are no air is coming through the radiator.
Radiator fan does not come on all the time, any suggestions why?
