power steering ... When I I first drive the Pt crusier it doesnt steer easy, then when I reach 20 mph its ok. what could be wrong?

Try adding some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak to to power steering reservoir it not only stops power steering leaks but also corrects rack and pinion problems.

It could just as easily be low power steering fluid. Is it making any kind of noise when turning?

This could all so be a sign that the power steering pump is going bad,at low rpms it does not pump right.
