Why don't I have interior lights in my sebring convertible after I had the car jump started

My 2006 Sebring convertible was dead, needed new battery, put new battery in and now I have no interior lights

if you have a voltage meter you can check the wires for current from the fuse box and destination to see if any wiring is shorted out. Also I have added a link to my google drive, it's a large PDF file (about 3000 pages)for the factory service manual.
