Why does my chrysler steering wheel shake when I go 70 plus MPH? Also the fan that cools off the radiator just started to make a loud noise for some reason dont know why? Any ideas?

For the steering, you most likely need a front end alignment. Check your tires for proper inflation and wear.
Not so much as front end alignment samual but more like wheel balance. as for the radiator, not knowing what sort of chrysler makes it hard, if its electric it may have worn bearings, if its a clutch fan on the water pump then it may be that its just engaging in warmer temp. not totally sure, need more info!

The fan blade is probably broken. There is a plastic ring connecting the blades and a piece of it has probably broken off and the sound you hear is the out of balance fan, or a piece of it, clicking on the fan cowling assembly. You can check the blade by waiting until the car has cooled off and rotating the blade by hand. Be sure to check both blades. This must be a fairly common ailment with Sebrings
