1999 Chrysler Town & country rear wiper doesn't work, the switch does light.
Someone said remove 15amp IOD fuse for 2 min. That was for a 2001. I can't
locate that fuse in a 1999.

I just had a new battery installed. Same problem. Thank you for answering
