What is the name of the hose that runs between the air

the right of the oil filler cap is located? Is this an easy DIY
repair?

That is the PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) hose. The PCV valve picks up fumes and runs them to the air intake to be burned in the engine. This is to reduce pollution. This hose or plastic tubing can be easily replaced with anything that fits. Go to the auto parts store and show them the tubing and get a piece of hose that fits. It's not a vital part and a poor fit won't matter.
