We got an overdue oil change and had them fill up the coolant. A week later we had the Ac blasting and were driving up hill, (same as last week) and it overheated.

When I looked under the hood the coolant
was empty I put more in when I got home
but it overheated again, there was coolant
still the next time.

Usually, when you open the cooling system, you must bleed the air. Trapped air will caused an engine to overheat.
