Could be a leaking hose has allowed air into the system. Check your fluid levels and take the cap off of the power steering fill on the pump and run the vehicle, turning the steering the whole way to the stops several times to bleed out any air. If this doesn't solve it you may need a new power steering pump.

Thank you. There was a TSB on this that I found. Needed a longer return hose to effect more cooling(?). Works fine now. Thanks again
