stalls above idle or on acceleration

Tried replacing plugs which were quite worn and O2 sensor without any success. what are your ideas?

try replaceing the throttle position sensor.

Possibly a mass air sensor. Is it giving any lights? Service engine?

If your harmonic balancer is worn it could cause the cam sensor to trigger..possibly hybrid you've replaced that and it didn't work. This is why.
